Ballpark at Circus Square
The proposed redevelopment plan for a 12-block area in Bowling Green, Kentucky, calls for a new minor league baseball park, a performing arts center, and a new city park, Circus Square. The comprehensive mixed-use scheme also proposes a fusion of urban residences, offices, shops and restaurants along pedestrian friendly streets intended to energize an underutilized section of downtown. Land has been acquired by the city for the park and adjacent properties are being assembled.
