The Daily News - Features the 2013 Vesta Home Show which opened to the public on Saturday, November 9th. The LRK-designed Silverton is one of the six Vesta Homes located in St. James Place, a neighborhood off Forest Hill-Irene Road in Germantown. So far the show has been the busiest since 2007. The homes will remain open through December 1st.

The Tennessee’s Best awards are administered by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) and were announced at the closing lunch of the 2013 Governor’s Housing Summit in Nashville on October 8.

The Foundry Lofts & Apartments at Eddy Street Commons won a Gold Award for Best New Development in the Student Housing category.
