Two LRK-Designed Projects Claim Professional Builder Design Awards

Professional Builder - The 2018 Professional Builder Design Award winners have been announced and two LRK-designed projects are among the list. Memphis’ Parcels at Crosstown was a Gold Award winner in the multifamily category and Tate at Tanglewood in Houston was the winner of a Silver Award, also in the multifamily category. Four LRK Projects Win Aurora Awards

LRK brought home four awards at the 39th annual Aurora Awards ceremony on August 17th at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Conference Center. Sponsored by the Southeast Building Conference, this year’s competition drew nearly 400 entries in 61 categories, including commercial, office space, renovated projects, mixed-use, affordable, multifamily, site planning, single family production and custom homes. Crosstown Concourse and The Michael both won Grand Awards and a Private Residence in Germantown and the O’More Designer Show House received Silver Awards in custom home categories. read more »

Construction Starts on New Meadowbrook Park Inn

Shawnee Mission Post - Construction has started on Meadowbrook Park's new 54-room inn. When complete, the inn will feature exterior event space, a swimming pool and spa, restaurant and café, business center with conference room, and a covered patio with fire pit. LRK’s Summer Intern Program Makes Community Impact

The Daily News – Each year LRK’s summer internship program works with six to eight architectural students from around the country, and this year an intern-designed sportsplex for East High School was so well received that Shelby County School leaders are talking with potential donors about raising money to make the project a reality.
