San Antonio Express News - LRK’s Philadelphia office is working with the San Antonio Housing Authority to develop a collaborative Transformation Plan (TP) for the city’s Alazan Courts neighborhood and an FY 2017 Choice Neighborhood Implementation grant submission. Aria Village Breaks Ground in Sandy Springs

What Now Atlanta - Construction has started on Aria Village, a 30,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Sandy Springs. The project will feature retail and restaurants, along with five-story apartments. The community will have access to nearby hiking trails and offer an impressive amenity package, including a luxurious pool deck, co-working spaces, dog wash, and two-story fitness facility. Two LRK Projects Win AIA Tennessee Awards of Excellence

Both 85 Union and The Chisca on Main were recepients of Awards of Excellence, AIA Tennessee's highest honor. Ten projects were chosen from a field of 98 submittals and the awards were presented at a Gala celebration during the AIA Tennessee 2017 Conference on Architecture held in Memphis. The jury commented that they received a "broad range of work that illustrated a genuine investment in the cities of Tennessee.
