Old Dominick Distillery and O'More Show Home Winner of AIA Memphis Design Awards

Daily Memphian - AIA Memphis' annual awards gala was held on Saturday night at Ballet Memphis and two LRK projects received honors. Old Dominick Distillery won the highest distinction, an Honor Award of Excellence, and the O'More Designer Show Home was honored with a Citation. At Home Memphis & MidSouth - An LRK-designed home is featured in the latest issue of At Home Memphis & MidSouth. Inspired by the architecture and color palette of the Gulf Coast community Rosemary Beach, this Germantown home has an inviting street presence, but the layout differs from other homes in the area. Parcels at Crosstown Wins Best in American Living Silver Award

LRK is honored to announce that the Parcels at Crosstown also recently won a Best in American Living Silver Award in the Adaptive Reuse/Multifamily category. The Best in American Living Award ceremony was held on February 20th at the Westgate as part of the 2019 International Builders' Show in Las Vegas. Judges commented "This is a big "wow!" Crosstown Concourse Selected as Rudy Bruner Award for Urban Excellence Finalist

The Rudy Bruner Awards for Excellence (RBA) announced the finalists for its 2019 Gold and Silver medal prizes. For the past 30 years, the RBA design competition has recognized transformative places that contribute to the economic, environmental, and social vitality of American cities. Crosstown Concourse is one of five finalists. Winners will be selected in June after RBA staff visit each site. Read more. read more »
