The Commercial Appeal - The Shops of Saddle Creek expansion has announced 7 new nationally-known tenants including Apple, Vom Fass, Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill, Select Comfort, Lily Rain, Soft Surroundings, and Kendra Scott Jewelry, which just opened for business today. They join major brand Michael Kors, which opened this past summer. Memphis Daily News - New owners, Walk-Off Properties LLC, have purchased the long-vacant building on the corner of Madison and N. Fourth Street for a mixed-use redevelopment. Central Library Breaks Ground for Teen Lab Space and Unveils New Name

The Daily News – On February 4, the Central Library held a groundbreaking for their new state-of-the-art learning lab for teens. Rebecca Courtney, principal in charge of interiors at LRK, worked with Margaret Sullivan of Margaret Sullivan Studio, “leading designer of teen spaces in libraries,” to design the teen lab space. Main to Main Construction Begins

The Main Street to Main Street Multi-Modal Connector Project begins construction on the first of five segments - the North Main segment from Henry Avenue to Keel Avenue in Uptown. When all five segments are complete, the improvements will connect Uptown across Harahan Bridge to West Memphis making a path that is both pedestrian and bike friendly.
