Bell Artspace Receives Historic Preservation Award

The Bell Artspace Campus project was recently awarded a 2018 Louisiana Landmark Society Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation. The project transformed six structures into 79 live-work housing units with ancillary uses. Vacant for 13 years, the site now thrives as a community of engaged residents, all while meeting criteria for obtaining historic preservation tax credits.
