Crosstown World's Largest LEED Platinum Building for Historic Adaptive Reuse

The Commercial Appeal  - Crosstown Concourse, Memphis’ 1.5-million square foot historic distribution center-turned-vertical urban village, has been awarded a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification for its historic rehab and adaptive reuse of the Sears Crosstown building. Crosstown Concourse’s size and scope affirm the title as the largest historic adaptive reuse LEED Building Design + Construction Platinum project in the world. Read more.
