Hickman Building Transformation

The Daily News - New details are emerging about the renovation of the Hickman Building, now to be known as The Commonwealth. The Commonwealth will feature 5,500 square feet of ground-floor retail, four floors of luxury apartments, and a mix of commercial tenants, including 18,500 square feet set aside for SouthernSun Asset Management. Vacant since 1971, the building is carefully being renovated to preserve as much of the original craftmanship as possible.
