APA Texas -  The LRK-planned community of HomeTown in North Richland Hills, Texas was designated as a Great Texas Neighborhood by the Texas chapter of the American Planning Association's Great Places in Texas program. Great Places in Texas exemplify exceptional character and highlight the role planners and planning play in creating communities of lasting value. HomeTown, a 650-acre master-planned neighborhood, features a wide mix of uses, a diverse and multigenerational housing stock, abundant open space and public art displays, and a model road and pedestrian pathway network. Read more
