Dallas News - Construction has started on the 26-story, 310-unit Hamilton high-rise apartment building in Deep Ellum. Developed by StreetLights Residential, the project includes ground floor retail, lounge, makers room, workout facility and rooftop pool deck. The project is part of the mixed-use Epic development. Dallas News - The Epic project, a mixed-use development on the eastern edge of downtown Dallas, is underway in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. LRK, along with 5G Studio Collaborative, designed the 20-story, 300-unit apartment tower in the development for StreetLights Residential. Other uses in the project include an office tower, retail, and a botique hotel. Read more.
