Memphis Business Journal – LRK is honored to have been involved with six projects selected as finalists in the Memphis Business Journal's 2019 Building Memphis competition. The Crosstown Arts Theatre and FedExFamilyHouse, Phase II are both finalists in the Best New Construction Medium category, Memphis Rox is a finalist in the Best Renovation Medium category, and ServiceMaster Headquarters, South Main Artspace Lofts, and the Tennessee Brewery are finalists in the Best Renovation Large category. The New York Times - A Memphis home designed by LRK's Carson Looney was recently featured in The New York Times Real Estate section. This 4,883 square-foot home is contemporary in design on the exterior, featuring a brick and cedar facade, and blends a mix of traditional and contemporary elements on the interior. Read more.
