The Daily News - When ServiceMaster Global Holdings announced its plans to move into the 328,000 square-foot Peabody Place Mall, other corporations began to set their sights on Downtown Memphis as well. ServiceMaster will bring 1,200 new employees to the Downtown core, benefiting local retail, restaurants and potentially residential offerings.
