Renovation of Orion's New Headquarters Nearing Completion

Daily Memphian - Orion Federal Credit Union is putting the finishing touches on their new headquarters and on Tuesday night board members, friends, and community members gathered at the new space to help celebrate. Orion’s staff of 140 will soon move into the 98-year-old former Wonder Bread factory, which has been renovated to incorporate a sleek modern design and light-filled space set amidst the building’s historic details. Orion’s renovation has also served as a catalyst for the whole Edge District neighborhood. LRK is providing architectural and interior design services for Orion’s historic renovation. Read more.

ServiceMaster Headquarters Nears Completion

Commercial Appeal  - Work on ServiceMaster's new corporate headquarters in downtown Memphis is nearing completion with employees scheduled to begin moving in February 19th. The adaptive reuse of the old Peabody Place mall breathes new life into a formerly vacant building. The interior will feature light-filled, collaborative and adaptive work spaces in keeping with current workplace trends. Read more.

Real Estate Awakening: Memphis office market is becoming more active

The Daily News - When ServiceMaster Global Holdings announced its plans to move into the 328,000 square-foot Peabody Place Mall, other corporations began to set their sights on Downtown Memphis as well. ServiceMaster will bring 1,200 new employees to the Downtown core, benefiting local retail, restaurants and potentially residential offerings. LRK is providing architectural core and shell services for the renovation and prepared initial vision documents to present design possibilities to ServiceMaster, Belz, and the Downtown Memphis Commission.
