The Residences at La Cantera Featured as ULI Resilience Case Study

The Residences at La Cantera was recently featured on the ULI's website as a case study for their Urban Resilience Program. Projects featured in the Urban Resilience Program showcase real estate developments that incorporate resilient design measures with positive financial and operational outcomes. Hailey Ghalib, managing director of the USAA Realty Company and national director of its multifamily development program, said that "drought in San Antonio is a way of life, and addressing that within the building design made total sense to us." The Residences at La Cantera was designed to both conserve and recycle water and meets Texas Green certification standards. Read more.
