LRK Wins TxA Design Award for TreeHouse

TreeHouse has been honored with a 2018 TxA Design Award, one of 14 design awards presented by the Texas Society of Architects. The anchor tenant of Dallas’ newly renovated The Hill shopping center, TreeHouse is a green home improvement store offering products and services that promote healthful and sustainable living spaces. TreeHouse is net-positive, meaning that it produces more energy than it uses, a first for big-box retail in Texas, as well as for home improvement stores nationwide. Treehouse Store Opens in Dallas

Fox 4 NewsThe  Treehouse store recently held it's grand opening celebration. The building is net-positive, meaning it creates more renewable energy sources than it uses. The "green" home improvement store is the anchor tenant of The Hill Shopping Center. LRK was Architect of Record for this project, and is providing planning and urban design services for The Hill development.
