Professional Builder - The 2018 Professional Builder Design Award winners have been announced and two LRK-designed projects are among the list. Memphis’ Parcels at Crosstown was a Gold Award winner in the multifamily category and Tate at Tanglewood in Houston was the winner of a Silver Award, also in the multifamily category. Professional Builder's annual competition recognizes builders, architects, designers, developers, land planners, and interior designers across the nation whose work demonstrates design innovation, as well as a high level of construction quality and success in the marketplace. We are excited to announce three LRK projects were named finalists in the 2017 NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards program. The Michael in Austin, Texas was a finalist in the Best Garden Apartment Community (4 stories or less) category. Azul Baldwin Park in Orlando and Tate at Tanglewood in Houston were both honored in the Best Low Rise Apartment Community (non-garden, 5 stories or less) category. The projects were honored during an awards luncheon on January 9th in Orlando during the International Builders Show.
