We are excited to announce three LRK projects were named finalists in the 2017 NAHB Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards program. The Michael in Austin, Texas was a finalist in the Best Garden Apartment Community (4 stories or less) category. Azul Baldwin Park in Orlando and Tate at Tanglewood in Houston were both honored in the Best Low Rise Apartment Community (non-garden, 5 stories or less) category. The projects were honored during an awards luncheon on January 9th in Orlando during the International Builders Show.
LRK is proud of its involvement with ULI-the Urban Land Institute both locally in the Dallas area and nationally, and we are honored to be a sponsor of the 2016 ULI Fall Meeting. LRK’s commitment to designing and creating sustainable thriving communities is synonymous with ULI’s mission and reflected in the designs of multiple projects throughout Texas, including The McKenzie in Dallas; The James, Tate at Tanglewood, and CityWest in Houston; Burnet Flats and Presidio in Austin; and The Residences at La Cantera in San Antonio.
