Dallas Innovates – The Hill Shopping Center received an Honorable Mention in the Built Project Category of the Urban Design Awards given by the Greater Dallas Planning Council. Dallas Business Journal - The Hill was named a finalist by the Dallas Business Journal' as a Best Real Estate Deal of 2017 in the Rehab or Reuse category. Maintaining the integrity of the 1970s architecture while retrofitting The Hill into a modern mixed-use development was one of the greatest challenges of the rehabilitation of this 236,050 square-foot former shopping center. The Hill Creates an "Un-Mall" Atmosphere in Dallas

Paper City – Located in North Dallas, The Hill aims to create a funky neighborhood center with restaurants, retail and office space. Anchored by eco-friendly home improvement store TreeHouse, The Hill maintains a walkable sequence of owner-driven shops.
