Memphis Business Journal - Over the past 12 years, the Downtown Memphis Commision (DMC) has been crossing addresses off of its list of "Top 10 Redevelopment Sites." LRK is proud to have played a role in the redevelopment of a few on the list, including the Toof Building (Pressbox Lofts) and Crosstown Concourse. The Daily News - The branding campaign for this 64,544-square-foot mixed-use development draws upon the building's history as a printing company, its location adjacent AutoZone Park's left field, and the building's large mural by internationally acclaimed artist, Jeff Zimmerman. The Pressbox Lofts have been well-received; construction was completed in November and all 50 loft-style apartments were leased by January. Read more.

High Ground - The Toof Building, built in 1913, is currently getting a makeover, and LRK is providing architectural services. The design for the five-story mixed-use renovation will feature 60 apartments above ground-floor retail.
