LRK-Designed Projects Win BRED Awards

Memphis Business Journal - Several LRK-designed projects were named winners at the Memphis Business Journal’s inaugural Best Real Estate Deals (BRED) awards ceremony, held April 25th at The Cadre Downtown. The Best Real Estate Deals honor the most significant commercial real estate deals that occurred in the Mid-South in 2017 and 2018. The Citizen was a winner in the residential category, while 999 S. Cooper Street was named a finalist. Wiseacre Brewery was the winner in the retail/restaurant category. LRK is also designing a renovation of office space at Toyota Plaza for Indigo Ag, who won the office category and was named Deal of the Year. Read more.

Wiseacre Expands Downtown with New Brewery

Daily Memphian - LRK is providing architectural services for a new Wiseacre brewery located at the southwest corner of B.B. King and Butler in downtown Memphis. The new brewery will be able to produce 100,000 barrels yearly and employ a staff of 70. Although most of the 40,000-square-foot facility will be set aside for production, a larger taproom is also being planned. Read more.
