LRK Leads "Visioning Workshop" for Downtown Evesham

Marlton Sun - Jim Constantine, project team and municipal officials lead a second ‘Visioning Workshop” in as many weeks to empower residents and business owners with a vision to continue to transform, further strengthen and enhance the positive character the historic Marlton Village. The community selected their preferred imagery and provided comments for community gathering spaces, selective infill redevelopment and parking strategies to help see the future of Evesham’s downtown area. LRK previously prepared the “2020 Vision Plan” in 2009 in response to community concerns of the implications of the new highway interchange flyover that was constructed adjacent to the downtown area.  Read more.

Princeton Planners Unveil Phase of Zoning Fixes

Community News/Princeton Echo – Princeton residents show up for a presentation on potential zoning changes to in an effort to preserve Princeton’s established historic residential neighborhoods. LRK’s Jim Constantine and Chris Cosenza present at a town meeting explaining a series of form-based code provisions and other zoning changes propelled by the Neighborhood Character and Zoning Initiative.
