Ave Maria Town Center

At the heart of the 633-acre new town of Ave Maria stands the Town Center and Main Street District, which support Ave Maria University, the first Catholic university to be built in 40 years, as well as surrounding residential neighborhoods. Mixed-use buildings comprised of shops, offices and restaurants on street level and residences above reflect the traditional South Florida resort architecture of nearby Naples and serve as a background for the university’s landmark Oratory Building.
