Colleton River Plantation

Overlooking a Pete Dye golf course and the Port Royal Sound, this new Golf Clubhouse is modeled on a traditional, raised Greek Revival river home to maximize views and respect the Carolina Lowcountry setting. Deep porches and an animated roofline instill residential scale, and handmade Carolina brick and tabby exteriors evoke regional materials. Traditional interior detailing, wood paneling, textural finishes and original artwork lend sophistication to a contemporary and functional floor plan.
