Cornerstone at Main Street Flats

A historic, four-story warehouse occupying a full city block in downtown Memphis was adapted in compliance with Department of the Interior guidelines into an urban, mixed-use building. The Cornerstone at Main Street Flats features a restaurant on street level and 15 loft apartments above. Reclaimed beams became stair treads, and art deco windows were restored. Brick walls and hardwood floors were refinished. Upper-floor lofts boast views of the Mississippi River or the city trolley line.
