Eddy Street Commons, Phase II

Phase II of Eddy Street Commons is an extension of the existing Eddy Street neighborhood completing a seamless transect into the adjacent surrounding residential neighborhoods. Included is a small pocket park, shop fronts of 8,500 square-feet of commercial space, and ground floor flex units that could be either residential flats or light commercial, possibly small local shops or businesses. Continuing further south along Eddy, the architecture transitions to more of a residential character using brownstone facades and porch stoops. Streets will have parallel parking, but a majority of project parking is provided off of the alley and in below grade parking garages. When completed in 2020, this next phase of Eddy street will add an additional 452 residences, including a complete building dedicated to Notre Dame graduate student living.
