FedEx World Headquarters Building

When FedEx decided to expand its World Headquarters, their goal was an office building that maintained the character of the existing campus but at one-half the original average cost per square foot. Although multiple other teams had attempted and failed to develop a design that was both compatible and within the budget restraints, LRK worked closely with FedEx’s management and technicians and met the challenge. With a commitment to sustainability, Building I has achieved both LEED EBOM and EPA Energy Star certification.
