FedExFamilyHouse

This project provides a real home for families with a critically ill child being treated at LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center. The design fosters a community support network and acknowledges that individuals find sanctuary in different ways by offering both quiet and active spaces. Located just across the street from the hospital, the home also serves as the gateway to the newly revitalized mixed-income, Hope VI-funded Legends Park neighborhood. FedExFamilyHouse recently received LEED NC Gold certification.
