Harbor Town Landing

A model of New Urbanism since its founding in 1989, Harbor Town enticed a generation of residents to move back to downtown Memphis. The master plan for Harbor Town Landing offers shops and restaurants and an array of residences in varying sizes and configurations within the community’s main commercial district. Targeting young professionals and empty nesters, the mixed-use project includes six duplex homes, 36 condominium flats, and 20 urban loft-style residences above retail on the first floor.
