Princeton Junction Transit Village

Situated along the Northeast Corridor Rail Line, the busiest line in the nation, Princeton Junction Transit Village is a hub of transportation and employment. Drawing on civic participation, LRK developed a master plan and guidelines for infill and redevelopment around the Princeton Junction Train Station, including improved pedestrian access, streetscape and public area enhancements. The proposed redevelopment reflects the architectural character of the region and introduces more than 1.5 million square feet of office, 500,000 square feet of retail space and 800 housing units.
