The Gulch

Located on the edge of downtown Nashville, the redevelopment master plan for a light industrial area transforms a 50-acre site into a vibrant mixed-use urban neighborhood. LRK led a consumer preference research study indicating a pent-up demand for urban housing. Although still in its infancy, the revived neighborhood is thriving with shops, restaurants and night clubs. Lofts, condominiums and apartments are leading the renaissance in downtown housing. The Gulch was the 4th project in the world to be LEED ND Silver certified.
