Uptown West

The Uptown West plan envisions the redevelopment of vacant and underutilized industrial properties flanking Wolf River Harbor as part of the continued revitalization of the Uptown community. Leveraging public and private investment, the plan seeks to create a multi-faceted, mixed-use neighborhood and unique waterfront trail system that integrates both natural and man-made features. Water taxis, bicycle lanes, Main Street trolley extension, and Second Street redesign connect Uptown West to downtown and beyond.
