Mark Jones AIA

Mark’s expertise covers everything from moderate income housing to high-end custom residences. Since joining the firm in 1987, Mark has had extensive experience with all types of community building. The services provided for these communities have included town architect/design review services, mixed use, multifamily, single family (both custom and production homes) and amenities. He has worked with a variety of client types including regional and national home builders and master developers across the country. Mark also manages Town Architect responsibilities for numerous communities across the country (Babcock Ranch, Baldwin Park, Oakland Park, and Lakewood Ranch in Florida and Meadowbrook, Kansas) and has served as Town Architect for Celebration since 2001.

In addition, Mark has spoken numerous times at the Southeastern Builders Conference and the International Builders Conference. 

Mark resides in Celebration and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
