Victor’s design practice focus has been on architecture, design, urban design, and mixed-use environments, with the goal of creating pedestrian-friendly sustainable communities. This focus has translated into great places and market-tested developer solutions for everything from small retail focused town centers, urban infill mixed use neighborhoods, world class office environments, and complex urban sports districts.
Notable Projects include, The Walk, Eddy Street Commons at Notre Dame, Eddy Street Commons at Notre Dame, Ballpark District – Memphis, Old Dominick’s Distillery, Orleans Station, WaterColor Town Center in Seagrove Beach, The Mercado at Rosemary Beach, Fed Ex World Technology Center, Pinch District Master Plan, FedEx Forum, Waterside Town Center – Sarasota, and the Lake District - Lakeland, TN.
Victor is Past-President of the Memphis American Institute of Architects, and Chair of CiV- Memphis Center for Architecture + Design. An active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Congress of new Urbanism (CNU). Victor has also served the youth of his community as a Youth Advisor for over 25 years, and thru the Boy Scouts of America, most recently as Scoutmaster. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the Illinois of Technology in Chicago, and currently resides in Memphis, TN.
