“The opening of South City represents a giant leap forward for the city of Memphis and a promising future for the new and returning residents of Foote Homes,” remarked Alex Bruce. “We worked carefully to design a neighborhood that creates a sense of community, a place that residents can be proud to call home.” The variety of architectural styles and details are inspired by the “Best of Memphis,” creating a seamless connection to the adjacent neighborhoods.
