LRK is excited to announce that Chad Boardman has joined the Philadelphia office as a project architect. Boardman joins LRK with more than 12 years of experience in commercial, education, and residential architecture, including: senior living, mixed-income, and market-rate housing. Boardman is an architectural graduate of Drexel University and has spent his entire career in Philadelphia, contributing to projects including PHA North Central Phase III, the Verizon Building redevelopment, 627 Market Street, and East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania Information Commons. Most recently, Boardman led Blackney Hayes Architects as technical director.

Boardman is currently contributing to LRK’s high-rise residential apartment tower in Houston’s Museum District and will actively apply his technical expertise to projects alongside the firm’s New Orleans and Memphis offices.

“We are excited to have Chad join our Philadelphia studio and look forward to continuing to expand our planning and design team,” said Nando Micale, principal in LRK’s Philadelphia office.
