The Commercial Appeal – LRK is excited to be ranked number five on The Commercial Appeal’s list of 2022 Top Workplaces in the small business category. Frank Ricks also received a Leadership Award at the celebratory Top Workplace event held at Hilton Memphis on December 15^th. For the 10th year, The Commercial Appeal partnered with Energage, an employee research and culture technology firm, to identify outstanding workplaces in the Memphis metro area. “Employers have been forced to focus harder than ever to retain and attract talent amid the disruption of the business environment during the COVID pandemic.
