Philadelphia Business Journal - Philadelphia-based MM Partners is planning a $31 million apartment community for the heart of Norristown, Pennsylvania. With hopes of spurring additional revitalization in the area, the seven-story building will contain 111 market-rate apartments and 12,000 square feet of commercial space at the intersection of Main and DeKalb Street. “Norristown is a great opportunity,” Joe Zimatore, a partner at MM Partners said. “From a location standpoint, you can’t get a better location. It’s proximity to King of Prussia, Conshohocken and even Philadelphia. It’s close to SEPTA. It’s next to a distillery and the county buildings.” LRK will be providing architecture and interior design services for the project and construction is expected to commence in 2023.
