Wiseacre recently received a MBJ Building Memphis award in the Best New Construction – Small category. Winners were selected by a Memphis Business Journal editorial panel from the numerous nominations submitted by area developers, contractors, architects, and officials. Editor-in-chief Greg Akers noted that the projects that won Building Memphis awards this year signify neighborhoods in rebirth.
