Evermore Resort Orlando is a redevelopment of the former Villas of Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida, just minutes from Walt Disney World. Evermore will feature a 20-acre beach complex, a crystalline lagoon, and amenities such as bars, cabanas, private fire pits, an aquatic adventure area, restaurants, and an event venue. LRK provided master planning services for phase one and architectural design for the multi- and single-family portions of the project, including 206 4-bedroom apartments and 69 homes. The grand opening of phase one is set for summer 2023.
