Located on a heavily trafficked street corner, the client desired the design to be eye-catching and retail-oriented, as well as environmentally sustainable. The first LEED certified building in West Tennessee (LEED NC Silver), this former brownfield site is now home to a 2,500-square-foot USGBC registered, water-efficient facility with low-flow plumbing fixtures, high-efficiency HVAC systems and 20% recycled building materials. The open and inviting customer area utilizes natural lighting, which gives the interior a soft light during the day and glows from within at night. The financial performance of the branch is well exceeding what was initially forecasted.
