As part of an ongoing community redevelopment initiative, Jackson Walk establishes a new healthcare model by revitalizing the Center City core with new apartments and single family homes, outdoor recreation and amenities, commercial shops, and a new wellness center/primary care clinic. Infill development is designed to be compatible with the historic character of the neighborhood and the plan promotes pedestrian-friendly streets with convenient linkage between midtown, downtown and surrounding neighborhoods.
