Jefferson at Providence Place

Providence, RI

Located in an urban infill district, Jefferson at Providence Place was the first luxury multi-family development to be built in downtown Providence in more than 20 years. Buildings rendered in red brick nod to the historic character of nearby warehouses. Sidewalks, front stoops, and landscaping create a pedestrian-friendly streetscape and connection to downtown. A motor court anchors one of three courtyards to identify and offer easy access to the clubhouse, leasing center, and parking garage.
