OFS Showroom

Dallas, Texas

LRK provided architectural services for the new location of the OFS Showroom, which is located in the Design District of Dallas, TX. The client envisioned an open-space concept that would accommodate for entertaining and hosting events. Included are features such as office spaces, a large conference room, various showrooms, and an open-bar area that connects to a capacious patio area. To continue the open- space concept, the conference room features large glass doors that allow for one large room when opened. Taking advantage of the industrial hardware space, the floors are the original exposed concrete, and exposed brick is used throughout the exterior and patio area. In addition, natural wood is used throughout the structure to increase a feeling of warmth. Overhead doors were placed behind the bar in order to allow more natural light, as well as providing accessibility by connecting the interior to the patio area. Also, a pattern moss wall was implemented in the interior to add texture and greenery to the open space.
