The Paramount at Lake Eola features Orlando’s first city-center supermarket in nearly three decades. A new urban prototype for Publix, the 29,431-square-foot upscale grocery is connected to a 140-space garage directly underneath the store with access provided by elevators large enough for shoppers and shopping carts. Residents of the 311-unit Paramount have their own parking above the store, as well as a 24-hour doorman and separate entrance to the market.
