LRK provided architectural and interior design services for Renasant Bank's new East Memphis office. The 3-story, 45,000-square-foot building includes 25,000 square feet of banking services, 5,000 square feet for a full service Renasant bank, and an additional 15,000 square feet of office space for a proposed tenant. This Class A office building features a covered drop-off area, convenient drive-up banking teller, a community room and outdoor gathering space, sun-control devices, and a stunning green roof.
