San Marco Riverfront District

Jacksonville, FL

Located adjacent to a historic district along the banks of the St. Johns River, the San Marco Riverfront District transforms a brownfield site, which once housed a power plant, into a thriving urban neighborhood of shops, restaurants, offices, hotels and a 2.5-mile river walk. Approximately 2,000 multifamily homes of varied sizes and layouts occupy a series of residential towers. An existing boulevard and community river walk connect the new District with the historic context and downtown.
