The Paramount on Lake Eola

Orlando, FL

Offering a dramatic profile and welcoming street presence, The Paramount at Lake Eola transitions between downtown Orlando and nearby residential neighborhoods. Restaurants, shops and offices occupy a five-story podium designed in keeping with the low- and mid-rise context. An upscale, urban food market occupies a prominent corner while a streetscape of small retail shops reduces its apparent scale. A luxury residential tower rises 16 stories above the podium and proudly joins the urban skyline.
